Vacilala (tease her)

Vacilala is the follow's first fully independent turn, and it opens the way to every free-turning figure after it. The lead sends her into a right turn and releases her hand partway: one rotation at first, two once it feels easy. After that one clear send-off, no hand carries her around, so she spots, holds her own balance, and finishes the turn herself.
